Master of Computer Science student, Stephen Kelly, has made the 2012 Long List for the Sobey Art Award alongside 24 other artists across Canada! Created in 2002, the Sobey Art Foundation created this award for contemporary Canadian artists under the age of 40 who have exhibited in a public or commercial art gallery within 18 months of being nominated. The winner of the award will receive $50,000, while $5,000 will be awarded to four other finalists. For more info about the award check out sobeyartaward.ca.
